These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and All Printer Consumable Supply Co. Pty. Ltd. ( All Printer Supply).
Refund & Exchange Policy
Goods purchased are not refundable. We will gladly replaced the goods of equal value for faulty product, provided proof of purchase is produced and returned within 21 days from date of purchase subject to our technical department being satisfied that the goods are genuinely faulty. Also, the goods returned must be in original packaging.
Please ensure you place the correct order, we do not replace goods because you change your mind or made an error. Faulty goods can only be replaced in the country in which it was purchased.
Delivery Terms
All goods purchased incurs the following delivery and handling fees

Delivery Times
Order received before 3pm on working day, generally delivered within
- 1 – 2 working days for metropolitan area
- 2 – 3 working days for regional country and interstate
All orders are despatched via courier service or Australia Post registered mail.
