These Delivery Terms applicable for purchases in Australia ONLY.

All goods purchased incurs the following delivery and handling fees (applies to toners and ink only)

• Deliveries within metro Melbourne or interstate metropolitan is $9.90
• Deliveries for outside of metro Melbourne or interstate metropolitan, generally is $14.00, we will qoute you separately if necessary
• Purchases for items other than ink and toners deemed heavy item delivery fee is $24.95

Our compatible toners are 100% guaranteed.

Delivery Times
Order received before 3pm on working day, generally delivered within

• 1 – 2 working days for metropolitan area
• 2 – 3 working days for regional country and interstate

Urgent orders are available in metropolitan areas, please contact or email us advising that the order is URGENT.

• Additional Cost $15.00
